Q2 2026 · Limited Availability

Run conformal cooling
in your mold. Risk-free.

We're accepting a limited number of pilot partners for May–July 2026. We run the pre-analysis and Moldflow simulation at no cost — you only commit if the ROI is compelling.

What You Get

A complete engineering evaluation. No upfront cost.

Included — Free
Pre-Analysis Report
Our engineers review your mold data, map hot spots, assess cooling inefficiencies, and deliver a written feasibility verdict within 5 business days.
Included — Free
Moldflow Simulation
Full thermal and flow simulation of the proposed conformal cooling design. Before/after comparison showing expected cycle time reduction, temperature distribution, and warpage delta.
Included — Free
ROI Model
Financial impact model built on your actual production volume, machine rate, and energy cost — showing annual savings and payback period for the CC insert investment.

After the evaluation, you decide. If the ROI case is compelling and you want to proceed, we scope the full project. If not, you walk away with a detailed thermal analysis of your mold at zero cost — and we part on good terms.

Eligibility

Who qualifies for the pilot?

We're looking for molds where conformal cooling will make a genuine, measurable difference — not every mold benefits. We'll tell you honestly if yours doesn't.

Injection molds with complex geometry
Parts with deep cores, undercuts, or non-uniform wall thickness — where straight-drilled channels leave thermal dead zones.
High-volume production runs
The higher the annual volume, the faster the payback. Molds producing 50,000+ parts per year are strong candidates.
Warpage or dimensional issues
If you're fighting warpage, sink marks, or inconsistent dimensions — thermal imbalance is often the root cause that conformal cooling fixes.
Automotive or packaging applications
Where quality standards and cycle time economics make the CC insert investment highly justified.
Simple flat-cavity molds
If your geometry is simple and your conventional cooling channels are already well-designed, CC may not add sufficient value — we'll tell you this up front.
Pilot Application

Tell us about your mold.

We review all applications and respond within 2 business days. Your data is used only to evaluate your application.

FAQ

Common questions about the pilot.

What does "free pre-analysis" actually mean?
Our engineers review your mold data and deliver a written pre-analysis report — hot spot mapping, cooling assessment, CCI feasibility verdict — at no charge. The Moldflow simulation and ROI model are also included free of charge for qualifying pilot partners. You only pay when you commit to CC insert production.
What data do I need to share?
We need: 3D mold CAD in STEP or IGES format, your part drawing, current cycle time and production data, and material datasheet. An NDA is signed before any data transfer.
How long does the full process take?
Pre-analysis: 3–5 days. Simulation: 1–2 weeks. OEM approval and mold modification planning: 2–4 weeks. CC insert production: 3–5 weeks. Commissioning: 1–2 days on site. Total end-to-end: 8–14 weeks depending on project complexity and OEM approval speed.
What if the simulation shows conformal cooling won't help my mold?
We tell you — and we send you the pre-analysis report anyway. We do not proceed with projects where the ROI case isn't clear. Our reputation is built on honest engineering, not on selling inserts that don't justify the investment.
Is the pilot available outside Turkey?
Our current pilot program focuses on Turkey-based Tier1 and OEM partners. EMEA expansion is planned for H2 2026. If you're based outside Turkey, contact us — we evaluate international pilots case by case.
