Conforma was founded by mold engineers who spent decades at Ford Otosan and in international tooling environments — then decided to solve conformal cooling properly, from the ground up.
Conformal cooling is a well-understood technology. The results are documented — 20–50% cycle time reduction, less warpage, fewer defects. Yet access to it in EMEA remains fragmented: Chinese volume suppliers with no local engineering, Portuguese generalists, American specialists with no regional presence.
Conforma was formed to own that gap. A joint venture between ADDPARK (the metal AM engineering capability) and LAYERTECHS (the mold design and field commissioning expertise), formalised with a strategic MoU in April 2026 and launching its first pilot program in May 2026.

Joint Venture Structure: Conforma is a formal joint venture between ADDPARK and LAYERTECHS, governed by a strategic MoU signed April 2026. Design and simulation work is attributed to LAYERTECHS; AM production to ADDPARK. R&D intellectual property is held under the conforma.tech entity. Commercial services are operated under CONFORMA.ONE.
